Amidst the rising popularity of smart homes, intelligent toilets have gained widespread acceptance among households due to their convenience. Nonetheless, the vast disparity in product quality has led to numerous incidents, including fires and electrical leaks. To address this issue, the State Administration for Market Regulation has announced that, effective immediately, all intelligent toilets must undergo mandatory 3C (CCC) certification. This certification is designed to guarantee product quality and consumer safety, encompassing crucial aspects such as safety and electromagnetic compatibility. Any products lacking this certification will be barred from production, sale, or import. This initiative aims to elevate the overall quality of the industry and safeguard the lives and property of consumers.
