Huawei's latest innovation, the Mate X2T, is currently undergoing testing for its integration of a low-orbit satellite internet system. This groundbreaking feature allows users to connect to the internet even in areas devoid of conventional signals. Last year's Mate X6 Collector's Edition pioneered this technology, introducing tri-network satellite communication and access to low-orbit satellite internet. This functionality is powered by the "G60 Starlink" satellites, part of China's ambitious "Thousand Sails Constellation" plan spearheaded by Shanghai Songjiang District. By the end of 2030, it is anticipated that over 10,000 low-orbit broadband multimedia satellites will be deployed, forming a comprehensive network capable of delivering global satellite internet services characterized by high bandwidth, low latency, and exceptional quality. Ultimately, this network of approximately 14,000 satellites will effectively cover all human habitations.
