Wing, a subsidiary of Alphabet specializing in drone technology, and Walmart have jointly announced the expansion of their pioneering drone delivery partnership to five new cities across the United States: Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, Orlando, and Tampa. Residents of these cities will now have the convenience of requesting drone delivery for their online orders from Walmart stores. The collaboration, which currently serves approximately 15 stores in northwest Arkansas and the Dallas-Fort Worth area, will significantly grow its reach by incorporating an additional 100 stores into the service.
