To utilize this feature, users must ensure that WeChat is updated to the latest version. From the "Settings" menu, users can select "Minor Mode" and activate it by setting a unique password. In this mode, certain functionalities are restricted, allowing parents to oversee access permissions, set usage time limits, and impose payment caps. Children have the option to request temporary access or an extension of usage time, with parents able to review and grant permissions remotely.
