Shan Lianyu, General Manager of Xiaomi Group's Major Appliances Department, revealed the latest advancements in Xiaomi's smart factory for major appliances located in Wuhan New City. The factory, featuring spacious and modern workshops, has now reached completion. It will serve as the first facility to mass produce air conditioners with an unprecedented level of automation. Production is anticipated to commence in November of this year, with large-scale mass production targeted for 2026.
