EHang, JAC Motor, and Guoxian Holding have collaborated to sign a strategic cooperation framework agreement aimed at establishing a joint venture in Hefei. This venture will spearhead the construction of a manufacturing base dedicated to producing electric, intelligent, and unmanned eVTOL (Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing) aircraft. The three parties will synergize efforts to advance research and development, manufacturing, and sales of these innovative aircraft, thereby expediting production capabilities. They aim to integrate Hefei's robust new energy vehicle industry chain with advanced aircraft manufacturing technologies, establish uniform standards, foster a comprehensive industrial cluster, and collectively propel the growth of the low-altitude economy and a novel three-dimensional transportation ecosystem.
