A Kyiv-based tech startup called CODE380 has launched a compact radio receiving device known as D·Vision SDR, which can directly intercept real-time video from the radio transmissions of various Russian drones. With this device, Ukrainian frontline troops can learn in advance what enemy drones are observing, their flight direction, and the targets their operators are aiming at—all before the drones reach their objectives.
