Transsion Holdings has recently taken the significant step of officially launching its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This move represents a pivotal moment in the company's pursuit of an A+H dual listing strategy.
Performance figures reveal a robust financial performance in the first half of 2026. The company reported revenue of RMB 35.431 billion, marking a notable year-on-year increase of 21.85%. Furthermore, the net profit attributable to shareholders soared to RMB 1.773 billion, reflecting a substantial year-on-year growth of 46.22%. Excluding non-recurring items, the net profit stood at RMB 1.480 billion, surging by 64.98% compared to the same period last year.
The net proceeds garnered from this Hong Kong stock offering are earmarked primarily for several key areas. These include research and development (R&D) in AI and terminal technologies, the expansion of global brand presence and distribution channels, as well as the construction of mobile internet and IoT ecosystems.
