On the evening of September 23, Xiaomi hosted its autumn new product launch event, officially unveiling two flagship smartphones: the Xiaomi 18 Pro and the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max. The Xiaomi 18 Pro series is the pioneer in integrating Qualcomm’s cutting-edge sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 Supreme 2nm mobile platform. It boasts a Leica dual 200-megapixel imaging system and a multifunctional rear display. With a battery capacity of up to 8,500mAh, it supports 100W wired fast charging. Lu Weibing, President of Xiaomi Group, emphasized that this series signifies the commencement of Xiaomi’s all-encompassing AI-driven transformation of smartphones, achieving profound integration spanning from system software to chip hardware, imaging algorithms, and large-scale model applications.
