It has been reported that Apple's latest iPhone 18 Pro series is encountering the 'Panic Full' issue, a situation where the device abruptly shuts down and subsequently restarts on its own. Within the iPhone user community 'Asamoru,' boasting around 2.41 million members, numerous users have come forward with reports of this problem. This issue is particularly prevalent in applications that necessitate Face ID authentication, where repeated failures in facial recognition result in the device restarting.

The technology channel ZUYONI, along with users from overseas, have also verified the existence of this problem. They have observed that it can be triggered under specific conditions, such as when accessing the recycle bin in the photo album or encountering Face ID recognition failures in financial applications.

In response, Apple has initiated an investigation into the matter. It's pertinent to mention that this is not an isolated incident for a newly released iPhone model; the iPhone 16 series previously faced comparable issues, which were ultimately rectified through a system update.
