Huawei’s official website has recently updated its announcement regarding the discontinuation of technical support for its software platform, stating that the End of Support (EOS) for HarmonyOS 1.0 officially came into effect on September 14. Following this date, no further software upgrades or version update services will be offered. HarmonyOS 1.0 was first unveiled at Huawei’s Developer Conference on August 9, 2019. Notably, this version was never implemented on smartphones; instead, it was exclusively mass-produced and installed on Huawei’s Smart Screen devices.
