Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, in his most recent 'Power On' newsletter, hinted that Apple might bring back ceramic cases for its iconic smartwatch, the Apple Watch, potentially as soon as this year or by 2027. The ceramic variant was once the pinnacle of Apple Watch materials, boasting a silky-smooth feel, excellent scratch resistance, and a distinctive non-metallic aesthetic. Alongside the ceramic cases, the upcoming model is also expected to feature enhancements in internal performance, such as the introduction of a cutting-edge chip, fresh color choices, new band designs, and numerous upgrades to health and fitness functionalities.
