Leveraging the infrastructure of general aviation airports, Macun Port, and Jinma Logistics Park, the province aims to pioneer cross-sea transport solutions utilizing electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft and heavy-load drones for cargo, thereby significantly enhancing logistics efficiency. Furthermore, the plan encourages cities and counties to tap into the potential of industrial parks, business districts, and university towns, fostering the development of logistics application scenarios such as drone-based food delivery, urgent document courier services, and instant retail solutions.
