On May 8th, the No.1 Department of the Equipment Industry under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, along with the Traffic Management Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, convened a meeting with pertinent departments from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Hohhot. The focus of the discussion was on the testing and demonstration of functional unmanned vehicles. Both departments underscored the importance of strictly adhering to the directives from the April 14th gathering concerning intelligent connected vehicle road testing and demonstration applications. They stressed the necessity for comprehensive self-assessments and corrective actions to guarantee that road testing and demonstration activities are carried out in a standardized and orderly manner.
