Renowned digital blogger 'Chaoweijie' has unveiled that the upcoming Huawei Mate90 will come pre-installed with HarmonyOS 7.0, harnessing the power of on-device AI through the Xiaoyi intelligent assistant. Huawei has officially confirmed that the pure-bred HarmonyOS 7.0 (HarmonyOS NEXT) will make its debut at the HDC Developer Conference, scheduled to take place in Songshan Lake, Dongguan, during the latter half of June. This latest iteration of the system boasts a complete revamp of its core architecture, with a particular emphasis on three pivotal areas: the reconstruction of a distributed microkernel, seamless integration of on-device AI, and robust full-chain security safeguards. Moreover, the number of terminal devices operating on HarmonyOS 6 has exceeded 55 million, and Huawei has also disclosed its upgrade roadmap for HarmonyOS 6.1, encompassing a wide range of smartphone and tablet models.
