Recently, blogger @Gong Fan Ashley released a video recounting a harrowing incident where her UGREEN charging head suddenly exploded during use, sending sparks flying and narrowly missing her eyes. The charger, which had been purchased less than three years ago and was used sparingly, prompted a response from UGREEN's customer service. They offered a meager compensation of 10 yuan or the option to repurchase at a 20% discount, failing to provide any explanation for the explosion. Ms. Gong, convinced of the product's quality defects, insisted on a reasonable explanation. In response, UGREEN stated that a thorough investigation had been conducted, revealing no evidence of burning on the charger, and thus, it was impossible to substantiate the user's claims. They further emphasized that all their products have undergone and passed the rigorous national 3C certification, adhering to stringent safety standards.
