Founded in May 2016 and headed by Jiang Lingming as its legal representative, the company specializes in the advancement of rail transit communication and signaling systems, the development of artificial intelligence application software, and the provision of general aviation services. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Signal & Communication (688009).
