Roborock Modifies Fundraising Investment Plan, Incorporates New Entities, and Pushes Deadline to 2027

Roborock has unveiled alterations to its 'Research and Development Initiative for Intelligent Interaction and Advanced Cleaning Technologies in Next-Gen Smart Robot Vacuums.' This revision includes the integration of three wholly-owned subsidiaries and one second-tier subsidiary as the executing bodies. In tandem with these changes, the company has also revised the project's implementation sites and postponed the project's completion date to April 2027. To expedite the project's advancement, Roborock intends to allocate RMB 160 million from the raised capital to bolster the financial standing of these three executing entities. This strategic move has already received the green light from the board of directors.
