Lora Ho, the senior vice president of foundry giant TSMC, will officially retire in April this year, concluding her 27-year career at the company. However, she has chosen not to completely exit the workforce and will instead transition to PC brand giant Acer. According to Acer's announcement, Ho has been nominated as a candidate for the new term of independent directors and is expected to receive formal approval at the shareholders' meeting on May 29.
