On March 3, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Commerce issued the relevant implementation guidelines. According to the document, individual consumers who buy six types of home appliances—refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, air conditioners, water heaters, and computers—that adhere to Grade 1 energy efficiency or water efficiency standards will be eligible for a subsidy. This subsidy amounts to 15% of the final sales price, with a cap of one subsidy per product category and a maximum subsidy of 1,500 yuan per item. Furthermore, the purchase of four categories of digital and smart products—mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches (bands), and smart glasses—with a unit price not exceeding 6,000 yuan also qualifies for a subsidy. This subsidy is also 15% of the final sales price, again with a limit of one subsidy per product category and a maximum subsidy of 500 yuan per item.
