At MWC 2026, Motorola announced a partnership with the GrapheneOS Foundation, aiming to jointly improve smartphone security and explore future device compatibility with GrapheneOS. Motorola will collaborate closely with GrapheneOS over the coming months on software features and security, with specific details to be gradually revealed as the partnership progresses. Currently, GrapheneOS is only compatible with Google Pixel series phones, and it remains unclear which Motorola models will be compatible or come preloaded with GrapheneOS. The first collaborative device is expected to debut in 2027.
