China's Learning Tablet Sales Surpass 6 Million Units in 2025, with Zuoyebang Leading at 28.8%

In 2025, the overall sales volume of learning tablets in China, across all distribution channels, soared to 6.321 million units, marking a notable 6.7% year-on-year growth. The total sales revenue for the year reached RMB 19.91 billion, up by 4.5% from the previous year. Runto Technology forecasts that sales will continue to rise, reaching 6.663 million units in 2026, which represents a 5.4% increase compared to the previous year. In the same year, eight prominent brands, including Zuoyebang and Xueersi, collectively dominated the market, capturing an impressive 88.4% share—a significant 9.7 percentage point surge from the year before.
Zuoyebang emerged as the leader in total channel sales, securing a commanding 28.8% market share. It particularly excelled in the online price range of RMB 2,000-2,999. Xueersi followed closely behind, holding a substantial share in the mid-to-high-end online price bracket of RMB 4,000-5,999. iFLYTEK ranked third, establishing its dominance in the niche market segment for products priced above RMB 6,000. Furthermore, the sales distribution across various online price segments underwent notable shifts in 2025.
