As the lunar Year of the Horse Spring Festival draws near, DJI has unveiled its comprehensive service support plan for the 2026 celebrations. Offline, from February 15th to 23rd, select stores in 26 major cities—including Beijing and Shanghai—will elevate their "One-Stop Instant Exchange Service." The program will now cover 34 supported models, with device replacements achievable in as little as 30 minutes. Meanwhile, over 700 authorized retail stores across the country will maintain regular operating hours throughout the festival period.
Online services will see significant enhancements as well. From New Year’s Eve through the second day of the Lunar New Year, live customer support representatives will be available until midnight (24:00), while self-service mail-in repair options will remain accessible 24/7. DJI is also partnering with SF Express and JD.com to offer complimentary door-to-door pickup services, covering both outbound and return shipping fees.
The "DJI Care Refresh" instant replacement service will operate without interruption, maintaining an average replacement turnaround time of just 24 hours. To ensure seamless service delivery, DJI will provide night shift allowances and attendance incentives for on-duty staff, reinforcing its commitment to delivering professional after-sales support to users worldwide during this festive season.
