Guangdong HT Aero Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HT Aero") and Shenzhen Eastern General Aviation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Eastern General Aviation") have inked a strategic cooperation agreement. In this partnership, HT Aero is set to supply aircraft products, core technologies, and operational support. Meanwhile, Eastern General Aviation, with its distinction as China's pioneering cross-border flight enterprise, will capitalize on its qualifications, its extensive network of take-off and landing sites, and its wealth of operational experience. It will open up and share its infrastructure network while coordinating airspace support. Together, the two entities will collaborate to drive forward the planning and execution of flight camps and associated ancillary services. Their shared vision is to establish a low-altitude economy demonstration project that aligns with national standards, leveraging scenario displays, collaborative exhibition and sales efforts, and joint ecological development. This project is envisioned to encompass a wide array of scenarios, including flight experiences, low-altitude tours, and cultural tourism integrations.
