On February 6, Apple officially launched the 2026 Swift Student Challenge, with registrations open until February 28. This global competition for student developers aims to showcase their programming skills and creativity while helping them cultivate core competencies for future career development. Participants are required to develop apps using Swift Playgrounds or Xcode. Submissions will be evaluated based on innovation, creativity, social impact, and inclusivity. Outstanding winners will be invited to visit Apple Park, Apple's headquarters, free of charge in the summer of 2026.
