Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman has reported that Apple is gearing up to introduce a new entry-level iPad and a next-generation iPad Air in the foreseeable future. Both devices are anticipated to retain their current designs and hardware configurations, with the primary enhancements focusing on processor upgrades to bolster performance and lay the groundwork for innovative features. The entry-level iPad will feature the advanced A18 chip and offer compatibility with Apple Intelligence, whereas the iPad Air will receive a significant performance boost with the integration of the M4 chip. Furthermore, Apple is set to roll out the iOS 26.4 beta in the week starting February 23, which is poised to incorporate some functionalities of the upcoming Siri iteration.
