Recently, ten departments, among which is the State Administration for Market Regulation, jointly released the 'Guidelines for the Construction of a Low-Altitude Economy Standard System (2025 Edition)'. Centered on five key domains—low-altitude aircraft, low-altitude infrastructure, low-altitude air traffic management, safety oversight, and application scenarios—the 'Guidelines' outline a 'four-dimensional integration' standard supply framework. This framework harmonizes technical standards with management practices, domestic norms with international regulations, mandatory requirements with recommended guidelines, and foundational principles with scenario-specific criteria. The overarching aim is to lay a solid foundation for a low-altitude economy standard system by 2027, catering to the demands of a secure and robust industry expansion. By 2030, the ambition is to have established a comprehensive system comprising over 300 standards, characterized by structural optimization, advanced rationality, and global compatibility, thereby furnishing robust backing for the high-caliber development of the low-altitude economy.
