On Tuesday, Japan's gaming giant Nintendo kept its annual operating profit projection unchanged at 370 billion yen (roughly equivalent to $2.4 billion). This figure marks an almost one-third surge compared to the preceding fiscal year. The company has plans to roll out the Switch 2 gaming console in mid-2025. Given the robust initial sales anticipated for the new console, there are, however, lingering concerns among investors regarding whether Nintendo can maintain its current growth trajectory.
