Samsung has formally introduced the Galaxy Z Flip7 Olympic Special Edition smartphone today, marking its designation as the official device for the Milan-Cortina d'Ampezzo 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics. Staying true to its longstanding tradition of crafting limited-edition gadgets for the Olympics, Samsung will begin distributing this exclusive phone to athletes residing in the Olympic Villages across six cities from January 30 onwards. A total of roughly 3,800 units will be provided, catering to delegations from approximately 90 countries and regions. Notably, this particular model will not be sold to the general public and is anticipated to become a highly coveted collectible in the secondary market.
