Apple is poised to unveil refreshed versions of its MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac Studio, and Studio Display within the first six months of this year. Notably, the MacBook Pro lineup, which will feature the cutting-edge M5 Pro and M5 Max chips, is on the verge of making its market debut. This year, the MacBook Pro series is set to undergo not one, but two significant upgrades, culminating in a major overhaul anticipated for late 2026.
Rumors are swirling that Apple might take the wraps off the MacBook Pro models boasting M5 Pro and M5 Max chips at a special event slated for January 28. The MacBook Air, on the other hand, is expected to be propelled by the efficient M5 chip, while the Mac Studio will be equipped with the formidable M5 Max and M5 Ultra chips.
In parallel, a new iteration of the Studio Display is in the works, potentially flaunting mini-LED backlighting and other advanced features. This new display has already sparked speculation after it was purportedly spotted in China's regulatory database last month. Furthermore, Apple has plans to introduce a budget-friendly MacBook powered by iPhone chips this year, along with an updated version of the Mac mini.
