Since Huawei rolled out its Mate 60 series smartphones, which are powered by Kirin chips, in 2023, its sales performance in the domestic market has garnered considerable attention. According to a report from a market research institution, in 2025, Huawei emerged as the leading smartphone vendor in China in terms of shipment volume, capturing a 16.9% market share and narrowly edging out Apple, which held a 16.7% share. In 2024, Huawei secured the second spot with a 16.5% market share. When comparing the data year-on-year, Huawei's shipments in 2025 witnessed a 1.7% increase. Meanwhile, Apple's shipments grew by 7.5%. In contrast, vivo experienced a 6.7% decline in shipments, while Xiaomi saw a 4.3% rise. OPPO's shipments increased by 1.8%, Honor's dropped by 12.6%, and other vendors collectively registered a 1.7% increase.
