On January 20th, amidst geopolitical tensions and Europe's response to threats from the US regarding the Greenland issue, French automaker Renault Group is advancing plans to support its national defense endeavors. Renault Group announced in a statement Monday evening that, at the invitation of the French Ministry of Armed Forces, it will contribute its expertise to aid in the development of France's drone industry. It is reported that Renault Group will collaborate with French aerospace and defense contractor Turgis Gaillard on the project, which will be overseen by the French Ministry of Defense.
