Chen Ye, the Deputy Director of the Airworthiness Certification Department at the Civil Aviation Administration, emphasized that these two fresh national standards are poised to guarantee the lawful and regulated operation of civil unmanned aerial vehicles right from the outset. The new standards articulate the fundamental procedures and system prerequisites for the real-name registration and activation of civil unmanned aerial vehicles. Furthermore, they delineate the functional and interactive demands for pertinent information systems.
