On January 16, 2026, Apple made a notable move by incorporating brands like Huawei, OPPO, Vivo, and Xiaomi into its official Trade-In program on its website. This initiative allows consumers to exchange their phones from these brands for iPhones. Specifically, the Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Design, a triple-folding phone with a 256GB storage capacity, can be traded in for 4,900 yuan. Certain Huawei models are eligible for trade-ins of up to 4,000 yuan when upgrading to a 1TB iPhone 17 Pro. Additionally, the Oppo Find X8 Pro can fetch up to 1,700 yuan in trade-in value, while the Xiaomi 15 Pro can be traded in for up to 1,600 yuan.
