While all newly released PCs are branded as "AI PCs," not every Windows 11 device truly deserves this label. Copilot+ PCs have to adhere to specific criteria. For instance, they need to be outfitted with a neural processing unit (NPU) that can handle over 40 tera - operations per second (TOPS).
