The rear panel of this device showcases exquisite Yunjin craftsmanship, a form of intangible cultural heritage, and is available in five captivating color options. Weighing in at a mere 235 grams, the phone measures 9.5 millimeters in thickness when folded and a mere 4.5 millimeters when fully unfolded. The outer screen boasts a 6.49-inch display, while the inner screen unfolds to reveal an expansive 8-inch flexible panel. Both screens support an adaptive refresh rate ranging from 1 to 120Hz, thanks to LTPO technology.

Under the hood, the Mate X7 is powered by a robust 5600mAh battery, which supports both 66W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. Notably, this represents a 42% performance boost over its predecessor. The Collector's Edition of the Mate X7 offers advanced satellite communication features, including support for Tiantong satellite communication and Beidou satellite messaging. Meanwhile, the standard version provides Beidou satellite messaging capabilities.
