The valid subscription multiple stands at approximately 1.78 times, indicating that the demand for the shares was relatively strong as the shares earmarked for transfer were fully subscribed. Furthermore, a preliminary determination has been made regarding 17 transferees. The total number of shares intended for transfer to these entities is 10.125 million shares.
