Huawei is set to host an online launch event for the Huawei Mate 80 series, Mate X7, and a range of full-scenario new products at 14:30 on November 25. During this event, Huawei's two flagship models will make their official appearance. According to a tip-off from tech blogger @DigitalChatStation, the Huawei Mate 80 Pro Max and RS variants will be the exclusive recipients of the next-generation Ultra-Transparent Crystal Display. This cutting-edge display employs dual-layer OLED technology and boasts a generous 6.9-inch 1.5K LTPO flat screen. The screen's brightness is projected to soar up to 8000 nits, guaranteeing exceptional clarity even in direct, intense sunlight.

All devices in this series will come pre-loaded with the HarmonyOS 6.0 operating system and will be driven by the powerful Kirin 9030 processor. This processor features an octa-core architecture and an integrated Maleoon 920 GPU, offering a substantial boost in performance. The Mate 80 Pro Max model also supports a dual-card setup with eSIM and nanoSIM capabilities. Moreover, it stands out as the first flagship device to incorporate an embedded active liquid cooling micro-pump fan technology, complemented by a dual-rail cooling design. This ensures the device can maintain peak performance over prolonged usage.

When it comes to the imaging system, the Mate 80 Pro Max variant impresses with an exclusive 50Mp 1/1.28-inch ultra-large sensor primary camera, boasting ultra-high dynamic range. It also features dual telephoto lenses and supports second-generation Red Maple imaging technology, delivering comprehensive upgrades to its video recording capabilities.

In terms of battery life, all models are equipped with a built-in 6000mAh silicon-carbon anode battery. The Pro version and above models support 100W wired fast charging and 80W wireless charging, ensuring quick and convenient power top-ups. Additionally, the Mate 80 RS Ultimate Master Edition showcases a titanium alloy mid-frame and a ceramic-textured back cover. Its design is further enhanced by a centrally positioned large circular camera module and a dual-color temperature flash.
