According to the notice, there will be a complete halt in the delivery of all products on five specific days: September 28, October 1, 2, 4, and 6. During this period, the electronic invoice service will also be temporarily unavailable.
Furthermore, the door-to-door pickup service for returns will be suspended from October 1 to 3 and on October 5. The warehouse's inspection and acceptance of returned goods will be paused on October 1, 6, and 11. Additionally, the processing of refunds for returned items will be suspended from October 1 to 2, and on October 6 and 11.
The customer service team clarified that while the warehouse will be closed on certain days during the National Day holiday, regular deliveries will continue as scheduled on October 3, 5, 7, and 8.
