The Hebei Provincial Meteorological Observatory has issued a yellow rainstorm warning, anticipating scattered thunderstorms across Shijiazhuang, Baoding, and other regions from the evening of the 7th to the 8th, with localized rainfall rates reaching 40-60 mm per hour. Some areas are expected to endure heavy to torrential downpours, or even exceptionally heavy rain, potentially accompanied by thunderstorms and gale-force winds. In line with the "Hebei Province Major Meteorological Disaster Emergency Response Plan," the Provincial Meteorological Disaster Defense Headquarters has activated a Level III Emergency Response.
