Capital market regulation has continually strengthened since the start of this year. As of August 1, 66 listed companies have announced they are under investigation. Notably, 50 of these companies are being investigated for suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, constituting over 70% of the total. Additionally, five companies are explicitly under investigation for suspected financial fraud.
