Bloomberg reports that Starbucks has narrowed down the list of potential investors for its China business to about 12 companies, spanning both private equity firms and tech giants. Among these, notable names include private equity heavyweights such as Boyu Capital, The Carlyle Group, EQT Partners, FountainVest Partners, KKR, Hillhouse Capital, and Primavera Capital. Additionally, tech titans JD.com and Tencent Holdings are also in the mix. Currently, neither Starbucks nor the selected companies have issued official statements in response to inquiries.
