Darui Electronics intends to invest its own funds totaling RMB 30 million to subscribe for new registered capital in Dongguan Wised New Material Technology Co., Ltd. Additionally, it plans to acquire a 76.5714% equity stake in Wised, currently held by Maidekun and Rao Xiyi, for RMB 134 million. Upon completion of this transaction, Darui Electronics will own an 80% equity share in Wised, thereby making it a holding subsidiary and including it within the scope of its consolidated financial statements.
