Recently, two ex-employees of SpaceX have filed separate lawsuits against the company, accusing it of prioritizing speed and cost-effectiveness over safety regulations, ultimately leading to their wrongful termination. One of the plaintiffs, a former supervisor with 13 years of service at SpaceX, claimed that despite his warnings about potential safety hazards, the company chose a more economical approach and terminated him after he questioned the demanding work schedule. Both cases have been escalated to federal court for further adjudication.
