China Post has recently released a statement clarifying that it has not authorized any entity or individual to produce or sell imitation postage stamp products titled "Zodiac Treasures: Commemorative Edition of the First Round of Zodiac Connected Sheets." The statement further emphasizes that the trademark "China Philately" has not been granted permission for use. These products, which have recently been spotted on various e-commerce platforms, are suspected of being counterfeit and misleadingly advertised, thereby infringing upon the intellectual property rights of China Post and the rights and interests of consumers. Despite claims of being limited editions and utilizing anti-counterfeiting technology, these items are unauthorized imitations. China Post urges the public to be aware that imitation postage stamps cannot be used as valid postage and stresses that the forgery and resale of such stamps are illegal activities that will be strictly enforced against in accordance with the law.
