The company vows to uphold riders' income as a benchmark in the blue-collar industry and will introduce a nationwide pension insurance subsidy, benefiting over a million riders. Effective July 1st, work-related injury insurance coverage has been expanded to 17 provinces, and Meituan remains committed to enhancing its rider safety framework, offering safety incentives for deliveries. Furthermore, Meituan has established the 'Tongzhou Fund,' aimed at supporting riders and their families with financial assistance for critical illnesses and educational scholarships for their children. Looking ahead, Meituan aims to construct 1,000 'Rider Homes' over the next three years, with construction already underway in several locations.
