These measures are designed to extend the industry chain, enhance added value and competitiveness, and reinforce the industry's positive momentum. Additionally, the Ministry anticipates a swift recovery in the dairy cattle breeding sector. To achieve this, the Ministry will, at the policy level, bolster credit support, intensify monitoring and assistance, and adjust production capacity in an orderly manner to stabilize market expectations. On the production front, it will foster grain-saving practices, secure forage supply, reinforce epidemic prevention and control, strengthen quality supervision, and refine beef grading standards to achieve premium quality and pricing. Simultaneously, the Ministry will promote the integration of dairy farming and processing, and intensify efforts in breeding innovation and the research and development of advanced processing technologies.
