On July 16th, Heilongjiang's cultural tourism icon, 'Taoxue Penguin', made its grand appearance at the Shanghai stop of the LEC Global Licensing Expo, showcasing over 200 original derivatives. It stood alongside more than 400 esteemed exhibitors, including heavyweights like Universal, Warner Bros., Alibaba, and Tencent. Concurrently, Harbin Polar Park unveiled the nation's first official pop-up store at Vanke MixC in Songbei District, Harbin. By opening up licensing opportunities and integrating the entire chain of creation, production, and sales, this initiative breaks the mold of traditional scenic spot business models, fostering the integration of ice and snow culture, as well as Heilongjiang's cultural tourism, into a global tapestry of diverse scenarios.
