The Fourth Central Guidance Group recently undertook a research visit to China Unicom and held a discussion with China Telecom, China Mobile, and China Unicom, with a primary focus on addressing the misuse of virtual numbers for fraudulent and nuisance purposes. The guidance group highlighted that, despite achieving phased successes, it is crucial to acknowledge the complexity and enduring nature of this task. They stressed the need for persistent efforts to diminish the prevalence of this issue through centralized rectification measures, aiming for long-term resolution and consolidation.
