Starting from July 11, JD.com Food Delivery will phase out the 'free orders for being 20 minutes late' policy and introduce the 'Punctuality Guarantee' service. Under this new service, if an order arrives 10 minutes late, customers will receive a 2-yuan coupon as compensation; for a 20-minute delay, the compensation will be a 4-yuan coupon.
